“During my travels in Thailand, I fell in love with a classic Thai dessert—Mango Sticky Rice — fresh, ripe mango served with rice cooked in coconut milk and sprinkled with roasted mung beans. I finished the first version (some of you may remember it) in 2023. At that time, there were almost no “Mango Sticky Rice” perfumes on the market. Today, three years later, it’s a trendy note, with as many as three perfumes from this year actually named “Mango Sticky Rice.” For a moment, I even wondered if I should release it at all this year… But what kind of perfumer would I be if I were ashamed that someone else used the same name for something completely different? On the contrary, you can compare different perfumes with the same name and choose the one that’s right for you. I tried to create the most realistic interpretation possible, and whether I succeeded is entirely up to you.
