Terms and conditions of VOXELMUSIC s.r.o.<\/b><\/h4>
  1. 1\\. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) of VOXELMUSIC s.r.o., with registered office at Tova\u010dovsk\u00e1 192, 783 75 Dub nad Moravou, Czech Republic, Company ID: 05755085, VAT ID: CZ05755085, regulate mutual rights and obligations arising from or related to a purchase contract (hereinafter “Contract”) concluded through the seller’s website (“Website”).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
    1. 2\\. These Terms apply to the sale of perfumes, cosmetic products, and digital content (perfumery video courses).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
      1. 3\\. By confirming an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agreed with these Terms.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        User Account<\/span><\/p>

        1. 1\\. The buyer is obligated to protect access details to their user account and ensure their security.<\/span><\/li>
        2. 2\\. The seller reserves the right to cancel a user account in case of violation of these Terms or account misuse.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          Payment Terms<\/span><\/p>

          1. 1\\. The purchase price and associated delivery costs can be paid via:<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            – Payment by credit\/debit card<\/span><\/p>

            – Apple Pay, GoPay<\/span><\/p>

            1. 2\\. Payment is always required in advance.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              Delivery Terms and Liability<\/span><\/p>

              1. 1\\. The seller is responsible for the goods until the moment of their handover to the carrier. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods from the carrier. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                1. 2\\. The seller dispatches the goods typically within 3 business days from receipt of payment. The buyer will be promptly informed in case of delay. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                  Returns and Complaints<\/span><\/p>

                  1. 1\\. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, provided that the goods have not been used, damaged, or opened. For hygienic reasons, opened, used products, or those with damaged original packaging cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                    1. 2\\. In case of digital content (video courses), the buyer explicitly agrees that the digital content will be accessible immediately after payment. By accessing digital content, the buyer acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to \u00a71837 of the Czech Civil Code. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                      1. 3\\. Goods should be returned to the address:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                        VOXELMUSIC s.r.o., V\u00e1clav Lebeda, Tova\u010dovsk\u00e1 192, 783 75 Dub nad Moravou, Czech Republic.<\/span><\/p>

                        1. 4\\. Complaints can be submitted in writing via email: info@bergamoss.com (official contact email of VOXELMUSIC s.r.o.).,
                          The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                          Dispute Resolution<\/span><\/p>

                          1. 1\\. Consumer disputes can be resolved out-of-court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                            1. 2\\. Consumers in the EU can use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                              Personal Data Protection<\/span><\/p>

                              The data controller is VOXELMUSIC s.r.o. Detailed information regarding personal data processing is available in a separate document “Privacy Policy.”<\/span><\/p>

                              Final Provisions<\/span><\/p>

                              1. 1\\. These Terms are governed by Czech law. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                                1. 2\\. In the case of disputes, consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
